Our process

A clear path from first photos to installed greenery — designed for Lyon apartments, not abstract studio theatre.

Four stages

Brief → botanical plan → install → optional follow-up. Each stage has a written output you can keep.

Typical timeline

Small window projects: about two weeks from approval. Courtyards: three to five weeks depending on supplier stock.

1. Brief and site understanding

You send photos, arrondissement, and notes on shutters, pets, and watering habits. For courtyards we prefer an on-site walk-through on the Presqu'île or Croix-Rousse so we can see shade hours between walls. We confirm access (digicode, lift, stair width) before quoting heavy vessels. A short call can replace long email chains when light conditions are complex near the Saône.

2. Botanical plan

You receive a plan listing plant types, approximate heights, vessel sizes in centimetres, placement notes, and a care sheet. Studio fees and material estimates appear in EUR as separate lines. You approve the plan before we purchase living stock. Adjustments happen in writing — we do not rely on vague verbal lists that vanish after install day.

3. Install day

  1. Protect floors and stairs.
  2. Place vessels and plants according to the plan.
  3. Water once and check drip risk on sills and courts.
  4. Walk through care points with whoever will water.
  5. Remove packaging and soil debris from the building.

4. Follow-up

Optional visit after four to six weeks to tighten density, replace any weak plant, and update watering for the current season. Seasonal clients continue on a quarterly rhythm described on seasonal arrangements.
