Data we collect
When you email, call, or use the contact form, we may process: name, email address, phone number, postal address of the project site, building access notes, photographs of interiors or courtyards, and notes about light, pets, or plant preferences. On the website we may store a consent preference under the key littlebloomers_consent_store_v1 in your browser’s local storage. Server logs may record IP address, browser type, and page path for security and performance.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and preparing botanical plans — legitimate interest and/or steps prior to a contract.
- Performing contracted styling, install, and follow-up visits — performance of a contract.
- Issuing invoices and retaining accounting records — legal obligation under French commercial rules.
- Remembering cookie choices — consent (where optional analytics are used) or necessity for essential storage.
- Defending legal claims if a dispute arises — legitimate interest.
Retention
Enquiry messages without a contract are kept up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised. Project files (plans, photos, access codes) are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 36 months for warranty and dispute handling, unless you request earlier deletion of photos where no legal hold applies. Invoices follow statutory accounting retention in France. Cookie consent values remain until you clear site data or change your choice.
Recipients and transfers
Data stays with Little Bloomers Atelier staff. Hosting and email providers acting as processors may store data in the European Economic Area. We do not sell client lists. We do not publish your apartment photographs on littlebloomers.mom without separate written permission. Plant suppliers receive only delivery names and addresses needed to fulfil material orders.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and French data-protection law you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability (where applicable), and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing local storage for littlebloomers.mom or writing to us. Complaints may be lodged with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés). Contact: [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy — littlebloomers.mom”.
